ACE Church Partnerships and Ministry...

We believe very strongly in the local church as the vehicle God has empowered to reach this world with the message of the cross. We seek to develop long term  relationships with local Jamaican churches through which any and all our areas of ACE ministry run.

Long after the short term teams have come and gone, it is the pastor and the people of the local church who stay and carry on the work of the ministry. Therefore, all of our short term trips, whether they be student or adult, are done as a partnership with the ministry efforts of our local churches.

Our church partnerships are based on strict criteria.  One of the most important criteria is the consistent adherence to and teaching of evangelical doctrine.

There must also be a certain chemistry between the pastor and the people of ACE.   We build relationships the families within the church and have found that our relationship with the pastor greatly influences how the partnership benefits the people of that church and community.

ACE is committed to building only one kingdom - God's - not anyone else's.  We scrutinize our partner pastors very carefully for this reason. We want to see Jesus Christ brought to the people of Jamaica.  ACE does not bring the United States or our lifestyle to our friends in Jamaica...we bring the gospel and the good news of Jesus Christ.

Many pastors are enamored with the wealth of our nation and, consequently, they are star struck the teams who come down.

As such, we seek partnerships with pastors whose aspirations go no further than serving their local flocks and have shown consistent commitment to this end.
