If you are a licensed professional in either the medical or dental fields, click now for the A.C.E. specialty volunteer online registration form.

You will also need to complete the Jamaican Registration Forms to comply with local Jamaican authorities to practice in their country.

To be completed by all medical professionals:
Ministry of Labour and Social Security - Work Permit Exemption Application (this is to be print on legal size paper...if you don't have legal size paper, use this one which is letter size)

To be completed by all nursing professionals:
The Nursing Council - Nurses and Midwives Act of 1964 (this is to be print on legal size paper...if you don't have legal size paper, use this one which is letter size)

To be completed by all dental professionals:
