Some might call them antiques. We prefer to call them faithful.

For years, Pearl (2008), Silver (2010), and Diamond (2013) — our trusty Toyota HiAce mini buses — have bounced their way across the adventurous roads of Jamaica, faithfully transporting our volunteers through every hill, dip, and pothole imaginable.

They were built tough. And they’ve proven it.

But time and miles eventually catch up with even the most dependable vehicles. While Pearl, Silver, and Diamond still have heart, they’re nearing the season where retirement is the wise and safe choice.

So what’s next?

We’re not looking for brand new luxury coaches. That’s not who we are. What we need are what we like to call “newer vintage” buses — equally hardworking diesel-powered vehicles, strong enough to handle Jamaica’s demanding roads, but newer, safer, and a little kinder on backs and rear ends.

If you’ve ever ridden in one of our antique mini buses, you understand.

You may even feel called to be among the first to help us upgrade.

Here’s our big ask: Would you help us trade our antiques for vintage buses?

Your gift — whether $50 or $5,000 — helps us purchase reliable replacement buses so our volunteers can continue serving without needing a chiropractor on standby.

Help us keep the mission moving forward. Help us smooth out the ride (just a little). And help ensure you’ll be comfortable coming back for many, many more years.

Because the mission is timeless…but our buses shouldn’t be.
