I love seeing our fall teams arrive, welcomed by cooler temperatures that offer a refreshing break from the intense Jamaican heat. Our summer teams, on the other hand, come ready to embrace the warmth and humidity, prepared to work hard under the Caribbean sun. It’s the perfect time for outdoor projects, with less rain making it easier to tackle construction, gardening, and other initiatives.
Whether you’re part of a medical, dental, high school, or Vacation Bible School (VBS) team, or you simply love gardening, construction, farming, or teaching, there’s work to be done around here year-round, so rest assured, your team can contribute in ways that best suit your skills and passions.
